Christopher picked me up not 5 minutes after I made the request. He was kind, joyful, helpful, respectful, thorough... and I was a total sourpuss after my car had a flat in 20 degree weather. It take a lot for me to write a public review. It takes even more to me to do so when it's about a tow truck experience! Chris was just that good. I even called the company to tell them how great he did, and how wonderful an employee he is. Really, truly, it was the best way I could have ended an otherwise pretty frustrating day. Thank you to Chris and the team at Rapid Recovery for turning that around, and making me feel taken care of. Great experience, would highly recommend. Hopefully I'll never have to use 'em again, but if I ever need to, I'll definitely call them.
